Billing questions
How am I billed?
Monthly in advance via Stripe. Annual plans (20% off) will be available soon. Israeli customers can also pay via PayPlus/Cardcom and receive a חשבונית מס in Hebrew with VAT.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel inside your dashboard at any time — your plan runs until the end of the current billing period, then stops. No fees, no lock-in.
Is VAT / sales tax included?
Prices shown are excluding tax. We use Stripe Tax to calculate the correct rate for your country and add it at checkout. Israeli customers see a tax-inclusive price on the Hebrew invoice.
Can I upgrade / downgrade mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period so you keep your current plan's features until then.
What happens if I use all my monthly changes?
We warn you as you approach your limit. When you run out, you can still chat, read and plan for free — only applying a new change needs credits. Add a top-up pack or upgrade to keep going. Nothing already done is affected, and every past change stays reversible.
